Located on Kettlesbridge Farm near Horsham, West Sussex, Ellasfield is easily accessible—just over an hour by train from London (to Billingshurst) and a 40-minute drive from Brighton. Perfect for visitors from London, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and surrounding areas.
The house is suitable for infants - but please note the swimming pond isn’t fenced.

Noise policy: Music is played inside the house - after 8am and after ending before midnight.
Day guests: permitted by pre-authorisation only - please note that a fee may be applicable.
Please be advised that the property owner lives in separate accommodation within the estate, this has private access, grounds and parking and no shared facilities with the house.
Please do not touch the horses or pigs, they could bite unintentionally.
The owners will let guests know if the walking track and ask tree can be accessed, this is usually after 4pm. Please check with the owner upon arrival.
Please note: For security, CCTV is in operation in some external areas;
