‘Standing with Horses’ is our Mindfulness with Horses retreat.

These retreats are specifically for individuals who want to start taking care of themselves, now is the perfect time to give yourself this wonderful gift, through giving to yourself and starting to love yourself, you can then pass on this precious gift to your family, fiends or career because during this retreat you will be surrounded by the healing energy of horses, be able to take time to rest and enjoy the tranquil surroundings plus learn some new techniques which will enable you to start discovering that calm and creative centre within, which will be a gift to all those around you.

These retreats in the beautiful Sussex countryside and are a gentle way into Mindfulness with the unique healing energy of working alongside horses, the groups are kept small and individual, with no pressure but to simply join in when it feels right for you, we will learn Mindfulness techniques, enjoy thai massage, take walks in nature, eat nourishing home cooked vegetarian/vegan food, enjoy a private wood fired hot tub under the stars and have plenty of time to rest & relax in your luxury accommodation and garden. This retreat is ideal for couples or two friends who can share a room.

The fully inclusive contribution for this retreat is £250 per adult, £170 per child age 5-15, Camping option £170 per person.

Price includes mindfulness & meditation sessions, one massage for adults, beautiful accommodation, 3 vegetarian/vegan meals per day plus snacks/tea & coffee daily and wood fuel for personal wood fired hot tubs for both nights.

This retreat is perfect for couples, parent and child (over 5) or friends happy to share a double or triple room or camping option.
