It is now time to honour and take care of ourselves. We are conditioned to believe that it is selfish or self indulgent to look after or take time for ourselves when in actual fact it is the greatest gift we can give to our family and friends. If we are run down, overwhelmed and exhausted with thoughts that we aren’t good enough, not achieving enough or that we don’t have enough in our lives how can we possible feel happy in our work environment, what good are we to our children, our family or work colleagues?

This day is for people who would like to see what mindfulness is all about, it is non pressured, relaxed and in a homely & nurturing environment.
